What would be the logical next step in trying to diagnose this issue? I may factory reset my router, even though I am positive there is something up with the desktop itself. Also, nothing of note has been installed or changed since this started happening and I did contact my ISP who didn't have an answer. The (2) leads me to think it is the second adapter. The only thing that I did notice that was out of the ordinary was IPv6 was disabled and my Ethernet adapter keeps having the label, 'Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) l218-V'.
